What is the table name that would store the recommendation rules of an incident record? I've read the SN documentation <link> but it only mentions that I should install the related plugins. And even when I've installed the plugins, the recommendations still won't appear on the contextual panel of the SOW. I'm not sure what I'm missing.
@Community Alums I have another question, where are the recommendation rules stored? Is there a certain table that holds the rules? If so, what is the name?
