SP link icon name change

I would like to know the scope of influence when the name of the link icon in the service portal is changed. (yellow part of the image)

Please let us know if you know the standard range, as it may vary depending on the configuration.

I am not sure if I got your question or not, but if u are asking like what will be the impact of changing the label of those highlighted icon link then it is none. You can keep whatever name you want based upon your requirement.
