SSO and Account Recovery issues

Hi All, 
Has anyone experienced this error before when trying to set up account recovery? 
I have enabled the correct plugin and properties but this internal error persists. 

As you can see MFA has been configured correctly and that works, however, clicking the 'Enable Account Recovery' button causes the internal error to show. 
Additionally, SSO cannot be set up until this works as the checkbox is read only.

Hi Shailja, 
Yes! I raised a case with now support and they provided the following solution:
Navigate to sys_properties.list and check if the following property exists: 
glide.security.admin.override.accessterm
If not, you need to create this property and set the value = true. 

Now when you click on Enable Account Recovery it should work.
