How large is your organization and how many ServiceNow administrators and developers do you staff?

Also, if your organizations has dedicated staff for specific ITMS functions (incident, change, problem, asset, CMDB, knowledge, etc.) I'l love to hear how many dedicated staff you have as well.

Approximately 6,700 employees with 3 true ServiceNow admins/developers. We also have two primary individuals for our Change process along with process owners/managers for other functions (with no dedicated staff).


~800 employees



3 Full time ServiceNow Devs


1 Full time ServiceNow Admin/Business Analyst/Project Manager


1 Change Manager


1 Incident Manager


1 Problem Manager



Presumable the latter 3 have backups, but I've never worked with them.

We currently have a team of 4 Admins/Developers and 3 Process Engineers.



We have 50000+ Users


We have 1000+ fulfillers (task resolvers/named lics)



We use the following:   INC, PRB, CHG, REL, KB, PRJ, STRY, CMDB, Asset, HR (custom built), Service Request (180+ Catalog)


We have 7-8 major API integrations.



We have over 250K of CIs.



I am looking for other similar staffing levels as well.
