stage is complete but still RITM is in open state

in our system, there are many ritm records that show the stage as complete but still, the state is open. we have workflow here where before the end of workflow activity we have set value activity where I had set the value stage as completed. but still, state of ritm remains open. how can I solve this problem?

Hello @Priyansh_98 ,
Are you updating the value of state? If you are not updating value of state than you can set the state field to complete.
State and stage field are different you need to update both.

@Devender Kumar @Priyansh_98 @Community Alums Guys if you can help me here. I am stuck very badly and seeking for an urgent help:
In my case also this is same where the stage is completed but state is open. But there is a catch. For few requests the stage is completed and state is close completed.
Same item (Bandit Sign) and there is no difference it created time:
Red box has the open state wherein the green box is completed.

Hi @sourav_prusty ,
Your picture states that few steps still need to be completed. From workflow/flow designer you are not closing the state but you are update the stage. Make sure your flow should close the ritm/req.
