stage is complete but still RITM is in open state

in our system, there are many ritm records that show the stage as complete but still, the state is open. we have workflow here where before the end of workflow activity we have set value activity where I had set the value stage as completed. but still, state of ritm remains open. how can I solve this problem?

Hi @Runjay Patel , Agree. But what other folks are saying is that the stage is set as complete on the end block. And both the workflows are reaching the end block and setting the stage as completed. 

Also, as per the 'Set Active Flag', both are meeting the criteria.
