Stages is not reflected on service portal to end user

Hi,

 

when user raised the service request on portal, then stages is not reflected on portal to end user in DEV instance. But on the other hand when request is raised on PDI, then it is visible to the end user.

I attached the snapshots for both i.e. DEV instance and PDI.

 

So please help me on this issue, how i can enable stages to end user on service portal.

Please check the widget of both instance.  Also both screen shot are different. One is from summary and other is from comments side.
