Standard Change Proposal Assignment Group

We've just started using the Standard Change Proposals.

When a new Proposal is created via the Standard Change Catalog the Assignment Group value is populated to a group that is not being used in our organisation.

I'm looking to change the group that gets assigned but cannot find the process assigning the group.

I have used the Field Watcher to see what is altering the field and the only details that are provided for that field are "SCRIPT ENGINE - com.glide.policy.AssignmentEngine".

Can anyone provide any details on where this value is being populated from or what this script/object is and where it can be found?
