Standard Change - "No Approver present" and Enforces "Change Request values"

All,
I am configuring "standard Change Proposal" in OOB Change Management module.
Issue Description:
While I create a new 'Standard Change Proposal' I filled up all the necessary values like Category, Template Name, Change Request Values and *added* Approvers in the Approvers related list.
When I submit the form, I get the below error Info messages
On Clicking "Request Approval" first time -> I get the error message {MSG 1}
"The following mandatory fields are not filled in: Change Request values" BUT I filled up all the change request values in the form. [Looks Odd to me]
On Clicking "Request Approval" second time -> I get the error message {MSG 2}
"No Approver present. Please request System Administrator to configure Approvers"
Thereafter I only get the {MSG 2}, when I click "Request Approval"
Can somebody advise me, if I missed something ?
Workaround I tried :
* Validated the activity "Approval - Group" in the workflow "Standard Change Proposal". I found the group value was missing/invalid (It just had a sys_id, the OOB group is removed)
* I added a new group a an approval group in the workflow. Published -> I tried to submit proposal again but no luck.
Need your expert suggestions.

You need to add an approver to the group Change Management, with the role change_manager. That should fix the approver issue.
As for mandatory fields not filled in, maybe post a screen shot, check system log for errors, etc.

Of course, I added the approvers. I even edited the workflow and added the assignment group.
Actually, I edited the workflow when the "standard change workflow" record was created and while it was stuck with request approval.
Reason for the error: OOB CAB group was removed in our instance, the workflow was looking for it. I had edit the workflow and add an another group in the Approval activity.
I am suspecting, these changes I made with the workflow did not interact with the existing record I created.
I gave up and created a new record. This time it worked fine. Looks like an anomaly which ServiceNow will take care I beleive.

Step1: Please Open the workflow - "Standard change proposal" OOTB workflow.
Step2: Open the "Change manager group approval".
Check the approval group in case if it shows as "sys_id" of group instead of group name(like shown below screenshot), then it is due to Release or environment issue.
Step3: Please change the group with valid once and remove the sys_id. Update it and publish
Note: All the previous standard change records will not be updated because it will take the old version of workflow. So please make sure to copy it from old records and create new standard change.
