"Describe Needs" section in order guide visible twice in portal

Hi Community Friends,

I am facing a weird issue in PROD. I moved the update sets and I am seeing 'describe Needs' section on an order guide for twice on Portal, Its okay in the native environment but in portal it is being displayed for twice.

It looks okay in the lower environment.

I compared the widget HTML and client and server scripts with lower environments, there are no differences.

Can anyone of you please help me find the issue?

I used ctrl+right click and clicked on 'Instance on page Editor'

The 'SC Order Guide-Modified' is linked for twice. so I removed on and it worked fine????

If it ok in classic UI you can try a cache cleanup with 'cache.do'. Service Portal pages get cached for their layout if I am not mistaken.

Hi, 

I've raised a case with ServiceNow HI, They helped me resolve the issue, It is cause the widget has duplicate instances in page editor and we just need to delete the duplicate instance.

I used ctrl+right click and clicked on 'Instance on page Editor'
