After upgrading the instance to Xanadu, the Standard Change Request template is no longer displayed in the service catalog.
The template record itself remains. (It is also linked to the service catalog.)
Has anyone else had the same case?
Also, how can I fix this so that I can select it from the service catalog?

Hi @ayano
Plugin is updated but you can repair it as well, so that files get executed again. The screen shot you shared, may i now the Service Catalog is Active = False and this can be reason.
The message you get, it is common and correct which means we should avoid any changes in this catalog liek any kind of customization else at time of upgrade it can create issue.
Make it active = True .
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @ayano
Please check the User Criteria, whether that is fine after the upgrade

Hi,
There were no problems with the user criteria.
To be precise, the standard change templates created before the upgrade were not displayed in the service catalog, but the standard change templates created after the upgrade were displayed.
Thanks and Regards,

Hi @ayano
If you are talking about Standard Change Templates, it follows a certain process like below
Standard changes are pre-approved, low-risk changes with a proven history of success. The standard change catalog contains the changes that have been approved by the Change Management application as standard changes.
The standard change catalog enables you to perform the following activities:
- Request, review, and approve standard change templates.
- Request pre-approved standard changes.
- Determine access to standard change templates at the user level.
You can propose, modify, and retire standard change templates based on the requirements of your organization.
Templates are approved and then they are displayed under catalogs.
Please appreciate the efforts of community contributors by marking the appropriate response as the correct answer and helpful. This may help other community users to follow the correct solution in the future.

HI,
All templates are approved. I've updated them several times, but they are not showing up in the catalog item.
What settings should I check?
After upgrading Xanadu, it suddenly stopped displaying.
Thanks and Regards,
