I am trying to create a flow from either a request or an incident that triggers a standard change.
The standard change I would like to create should be based on a standard change template (where tasks are defined).
However using the ITSM Spoke in flow designer "Create standard change" does not give me the opportunity to select a standard change template.
does anyone have a suggestion how to do this?
the overall idea is to create a requested item from the catalogue and for an example storage expansion.
The request deals with customer approval, billing and other "customer related" info. But the technical expansion should be done via a standard change. That can be done by a service desk agent selecting a standard change from the standard change catalogue, but I would like to do it from the flow.

It is a solution I have not thought about, so I will definitely try it.
I hope it will be an integrated part in coming update to flow designer.

We have used the first action to lookup the required change template from the Change Template Version table, and then a secondary action to create a change request using that record as mentioned in the link.
But Still Change Template Records are not moving to Change.
