Hi there,
Standard templates require annual review. This is currently done as a manual process which is an inefficient and time-consuming process
Has anyone set a process to review standard templates on an yearly basis? If yes can you please share some insights?
Expecting something similar to Knowledge Articles with last reviewed date and valid to.
Thank you.

Hi Lingraham,
Apologies for delay in responding. We added "valid to & last review date" fields to Standard template form with one year validity and also configured reminder notifications to go out to standard template owners 7 days before expiry and on the day of expiry.

hello out there all of these KB links are showing as no longer existing and I can't fine anything in the KB search that fits the same description as this article - I need to setup a process to review these with notifications to the original proposer and the approvers. Can someone share the KB article title specifically so I can search for it rather than linking to a KB number?

@Arun Vuppu1 I have not found one yet nor could I find any articles that might have been the one referenced above. Working on my own solution. I'll post when I get it done. If you come up with one please post. Thanks.
