In general the standard session timeout is fine. However, there is one customized application (specifically, one form) that takes a long time to fill out, and we would like to disable the session timeout function when on this page (filling out the form). Does anyone know how to do this?
Thank you

I know it's not the answer you were looking for... Even so, would you please mark it as correct so that others with the same question can find it quickly in the future and that it gets removed from the Unanswered list. Thank you
P.S. Some users do not see the Correct Answer link (per this video at 20:00 https://community.servicenow.com/thread/224893). Let me know if you do not see it and I can get a community moderation to assist.

Hi Ron,
There is no way to change the system property to have a form level exception, however there may be ways for the user to save their work even if the session has timed out. What release of ServiceNow are you on?
