String value in Assessment Instance question

Hi All,

"String value" field in assessment instance question is always empty after a change risk assessment has been completed. Currently anyone submits a survey, the value is visible but the corresponding string value is not populated.

Can anyone guide me to spot the root cause for this

Hi Pari,

 

Normally string value field are populated when survey question are of type string.

I guess those are of type string.

Can you please let me know where I can find the survey question and choices configured?

Hi Pari,

You would need to open up the survey using Survey Designer to check the question definitions.

The KB below should be able to help you out.

That was helpful. But Is there any way we can populate the choice values selected for each question in 'String Value'  field?
