String value in Assessment Instance question

Hi All,

"String value" field in assessment instance question is always empty after a change risk assessment has been completed. Currently anyone submits a survey, the value is visible but the corresponding string value is not populated. 

Can anyone guide me to spot the root cause for this

You can possibly write a business rule on the assessment instance question table to do this.

Mate,

If you check Metric Results table (asmt_metric_result), it has already the string value field for the choice list.

Are you able to use this table instead?

Yes, but customer really wants string value data in assessment instance question table. Because they can  view assessment instance directly on change request related tab.
