Survey Actionable Email not working as expected

We are configuring Actionable email notifications from ServiceNow and as expected we are able to receive emails with questions and with submit button.

 When we try to submit the form, we are receiving “The remote endpoint returned an error (HTTP 403). Please try again later” and ServiceNow is suggesting connecting with internal email admins to check if actional messages are enabled in the environment and we don't have clear documentation on what configuration needs to be enabled at O365 side. 

Can someone help to troubleshoot this issue?

Check the Application Registry:

It should be correctly configured. Also is this a new instance or cloned from some other source.

Incase this is cloned, probably the client secret is changes. OOB it should work

Were you able to resolve this issue? I'm getting the same error message in Rome release.. Could you share any details on the field values used for Client ID, Token URL and Default Grant type

You need to update the 'Client id' with your instance name. Token might be missing there so you might need to update 'Client id' from backend script keeping token id as it is (empty is also not a problem). Just update it with background script.
