Hi,
currently we are on Eureka, I have created incident resolution survey under survey management. Once survey gets generated, users are able to take the survey even after it passed due date.
do any one know how Survey Due date and Expiration date works?

Survey expiration date: is based on schedule period

does anyone know which business rule or setting removes the survey from the end user view when the expiry date has passed?

Hi Job,
Did you end up getting an answer or figuring out a solution to your question? I also have the the same question and am trying to find a solution since we are unable to send another instance of the survey to the same user when they have an expired survey assigned to them.
