Survey Due Date and Expiration Date

Hi,
currently we are on Eureka, I have created incident resolution survey under survey management. Once survey gets generated, users are able to take the survey even after it passed due date.
do any one know how Survey Due date and Expiration date works?

HI Jackie,
We ended up opening a ticket on Hi, and it seems there is a known bug on our version of Fuji, causing this issue...
We need to patch to v11 I believe and this will be solved.
Maybe best to get same question on Hi and see what you need to do.
What I did as a workaround is assign all these expired Surveys to myself... ServiceNow didn't allow me to blank the fields by doing an export - import (we had 17K records..)
This workaround allows users to receive a Survey again, just till we get the patch done.
