Hello,
We are facing an issue with a client, where a survey is displaying some questions at all times. If you see in the red box below, these should only display if the question above is answered yes, however you can see that even without a response to yes/no the questions are displaying in the portal, this doesn't happen on the back end / native view.
Yes, they all have the dependency field completed.

We have faced the same issue.
This is due to the updated Surveys and Assessments widget found in San Diego
Surveys in Service Portal and the Now Mobile app (servicenow.com)
And in particular, this passage;
- A question that is marked as mandatory and depends on another question is always displayed on the survey page. For example, if question A is a mandatory question and depends on question B, question A is always displayed on the survey page irrespective of its dependency.
We feel this was an unnecessary addition, because previously this worked well enough for us, and you don't always want mandatory questions to be visible, sometimes they need to be dependent.
For now, we've reverted to the previous Take a Survey widget, but we are exploring our options.

Do have any solution for this issue? or should we have to revert back to Take a survey widget?

Is there a solution available for this problem? We are encountering the same issue as well.
