Survey Notification triggering multiple times even after completing

Hi All, 

Could someone advise me on why user would be getting multiple reminders for the survey notification even after it has been completed. I found Survey notification is using Auto assessment business rule 

Is there another place I should be looking for what triggers the Survey Notification?

Hi, perhaps the issue is the survey trigger conditions, have you checked to confirm that they are valid only once in the task lifecycle?
