Hi,
Attempting to deploy the OoB survey for Requests (Service Request Satisfaction Survey). Built a straight-forward trigger that looks for a state of Closed Complete. The survey is being generated but the Notification is NOT. Verified that it exists, it is active, and the event that triggers it is being generated. I have a similar one for the Incident table that works fine.
Appreciate any insight.
