Survey question mandatory on condition

if survey question is 'are you satisfied or not satisfied'

and if use select Not Satisfied - then  "Give additional info" question comes which is mandatory

I want to show this question even if satisfied but in this case, it should be non mandatory.

Is this feasible in servicenow surveys

Hi @sunilsargam,

do you use survey designer? I have done something similar in the SD yesterday.

You just create a question - "are you satisifed?"

Then another question "please explain", make that question mandatory and under the dependency tab you can select when to display that second question
