Survey responses are not getting stored

For same user some of his surveys are not getting saved in ServiceNow. But state is updating as Complete. Responses are updating as -1/NA.
Survey is designed in scoped application.
When we try to replicate same issue in Test, then there it is working.

Resolution
Create a Restricted Caller Access Privilege by following these steps:
a) Navigate to System Applications > Application Restricted Access / [sys_restricted_caller_access]
b) Click the New button and then add the following information:
Source Scope = Global
Source Type = Scope
Status = Allowed
Target Scope = (mention scoped app name e.g., ‘xxxx’ in the above case)
Target Type = Scope
This should fix the issue mentioned issue.

but it is happening with the same user who has already submitted the Survey and it got saved in the table in the past.

may be some other issue. Try cache.do and log a Now Support / HI case.
