Null or N/A responses are still a response in ServiceNow, and it counts it as a low value when a survey is submitted. When we report on these Survey Responses, the null or N/A values are giving a negative result, therefore, lowering the scores overall. How can we 'ignore' the N/A or null responses altogether so that if someone else creates a report it will automatically be ignored? Also in the existing reports, we don't want to ignore the whole survey, just the N/A responses.

I ended up changing the report to filter out 'Actual Value > 0' and this worked.
