When selecting a template while creating a knowledge article, seeing a message 'Switch to updated version of this page (recommended)'. How can we make by default updated version of the template page to be used? and hence avoid the user to click on the link to use the updated version of the template page or interception.
In my case, if user miss to click on the link, knowledge article is not getting opened as expected.

I hope this issue has been resolved by now. If it persists, please follow the steps outlined below:
Open the 'Create New' module record using the following URL (replace '<instance-name>' with the name of your instance): https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_app_module.do?sys_id=d78ed921ff4221009b20f...
In the 'Link Type' related list, update the Arguments field to: knowledge_create.do?sysparm_stack=kb_knowledge_list.do&sysparm_interceptor_preference=new
