System is adding using name automatically in Watchlist

Hi All,

I have an issue, when user raise an incident system is adding his name in watchlist 3 times instead of one time and system is sending same mails 2 times when he add additional comes. Could you please help how to resolve this issue.

Your solution is for all users, but it effecting only for single user, Could you provide the solution.

Have you applied the solution to both your Business Rules?
In the first one, you're querying 1 user. I'm guessing that's the user you're talking about.

If it's not, I cannot help you without more input from you about what is setup in your instance.
