Hello All,
We have an requirement where any emails triggered from our instance, when user receives the email then email address should be suppose XYZ.
For eg : A user Adam has received an email from our servicenow instance then the send email address should be XYZ.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Chandni,
You can control the Label for each notificaiton by simply adding a value in the From field on the Notification form's 'What it will contain' section.

Hi @C_S3 ,
basically your trying to hide your senders email. which is directly not possible in servicenow configurations. but
You will need to check with your Messaging team on how they create alias and control the display names. For non prod instances, we used to show :
Servicenow Sandbox <sandbox.service-now.com>
Servicenow Dev <dev.service-now.com>
Servicenow
So for prod we just had Servicenow and no email address.
