Hi,
We have an issue where the tagged persons(@mention) not receiving notification whenever a user(A) tagged another user(B).
If any user tagged same user(B). (B)user can receiving the notification. But only when A tagged B it won't processing.
Could anyone let me know what the cause of the issue could be, where it needs to be adjusted.
