I need help to see if ServiceNow or teams has the ability to adjust the window size in Teams with the ServiceNow notifications. Currently its very slim and want to see if it can be stretched out to be easier to read. As you can see by the screenshot the message is longer and not filling up left to right of the screen. Any feedback or ideas would be helpful!

When ServiceNow sends notifications to Microsoft Teams (via the Virtual Agent integration, Adaptive Cards, or Webhook/Flow/Power Automate), the layout is controlled by Teams’ card rendering engine, not ServiceNow.
Teams messages (Adaptive Cards, Connector cards, etc.) have a fixed maximum width. Microsoft intentionally restricts this so messages look consistent across desktop, web, and mobile clients.
