I've just upgraded from Quebec to San Diego and my ITIL users are receiving this error when they login. Why is this and how do I resolve it?
"The ITIL Homepage dashboard has not been shared with you. You can request access from [My name]."
Thanks,
AJH

Hello,
thats because may be the dashboard must have been shared only with you as you are the admin and no one else is able to see it
Do this below step
open your dashboard and click on share icon on the right corner and share it with ITIL role

This solution idea really was a nightmare for me. Please take note that if you share a Homepage with ITIL, ServiceNow is going to send an email to everybody on the planet to tell them that you shared a dashboard with them. I'm exaggerating a bit, but over 100 people were emailed 3 times. It didn't solve the issue of the missing ITIL Homepages, and I'm now getting emails from a hundred confused users. This proposed solution can RUIN your day.
