Survey is not getting triggered

Hi All,

 

Survey is not getting triggered in our test instance eventhough everything is same in dev and test. Instance is also not getting created when i try to manually click on 'Assign Survey' button it says Instance could not be created. 

Please let me know what might be the issue.

Did you check assessable records table?

You need to go into the Assessable Records table from left navigation and try to click on the survey you had created. Now check whether the metric categories you had created for the survey are in 'available'. If not make them available.

 

You can try another way too:

Go to the survey in your dev instance, right click on the survey from the list view and hit 'Export assessment'. Now import it into your test instance.

if all the trigger conditions are matching, survey should be triggered definitely.

After importing assessment, go and check the assessable records table and check if a copy of assessable record got created and delete the copy.

Hi Sk,

Have you checked all XML's are there are not? Also, check your Update Set through which you moved this Survey. Check for any missing file such as XML of Trigger Condition, etc

Everything is moved correctly.

If the survey instance already created for the user, it will not allow to create one more if the Scheduled Period selected as Only Once. To get the result either change the Scheduled Period to No Limit or assign to a user which the survey is not assigned previously.
