The manage attachments paperclip is not visible in the portal page (Helsinki), although its visible when I 'try' the catalog item, from the 'Maintain Items' module. What could be wrong?

The manage attachments paperclip is not visible in the portal page (Helsinki), although its visible when I 'try' the catalog item, from the 'Maintain Items' module. What could be wrong?

Please follow the below steps:

1. Go to your site , Uncheck 'Simple catalog display' :

2. Attachment button is now available for all catalog items :
