The SOW overview page is not refreshing after the state changes from 'Scheduled' to 'Implemented'

When I update the state of a Change Record from the SOW( from Scheduled to Implemented), the Change Task section on the Overview page does not automatically refresh to show the correct task count. I have to manually refresh the page to see the updated information.

I’ve attached screenshots showing the view before and after a manual refresh for your reference.

@rajat_chopa

that's OOTB behavior.

How are you changing the state? if it's client side code then you can use client script to reload the workspace record.

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

@Ankur Bawiskar  @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
Thanks again for your responses and support. I did some more digging and noticed something interesting—while the Change Task section in SOW doesn’t auto-refresh, the record does get updated in the database. I confirmed this by checking from other views, where the task count reflects the correct value immediately after the state change. So it seems the backend update is happening as expected, but the UI in SOW isn't picking it up in real time.

Based on your suggestions, I'll explore adding a client script to trigger a refresh when the state is changed client-side. Appreciate your insights, and I’ll mark your replies as helpful to benefit others in the community as well. Thanks again for your continued guidance 🙏

Hi @rajat_chopa

"This is expected behavior. Until you perform an action that interacts with the database view, the system will not update the task count. So this is out-of-the-box (OOTB) behavior
