HI All,

We have upgraded out DEV instance to Madrid this weekend and I wanted to configure Agent Workspace to see how it works. When I added Lists, links to new records, ect I have noticed that I can't populate fields and I go the below message:

Any idea on how to make this form available for Agent Workspace?

please ensure to Activate the Agent Workspace for ITSM plugin (com.snc.agent_workspace.itsm) to get the functionality of Agent Workspace for ITSM.

But still I am Getting Above error, please help for solving the above error.

I need to hide activity streams and default the agent view to full form, do you have an idea?

Did you ever get this figured out?? If not, the 3 views below the Activity section allows you to choose full screen or section stuff out.

Do you know by any change how does the Agent Workspace works with bespoke apps? I have a table under TASK table called iTask for Incidents converted to Tasks, but I get exactly the same message for the iTask form. Any idea?
