Hi @Community Alums
Caller , is it end user? If yes, then from portal caller only resolve the incident not cancel.
If caller has ITIL role. then yes cancel as well.

I am exploring change module in ServiceNow, I have one doubt when change ticket goes for review and reviewer not satisfied with that change then what will be the state for that change.

Hi @Community Alums
In that case , state will be review only and reviewer need to create a task and why reviewer is not happy need to mention there, also
You can close the change and create the problem record to reason/ description of reviewer's commentes
