Is there a matrix that details all of the available ticket types within SNC? For example:
Change = CHxxxxxx
Change Task = CTASKxxxxx
Problem = PRBxxxxxx

The prefixes for dynamically generated records and numbers (including, for instance, Email Watermarks) is contained in System Definition > Number Maintenence. There you can modify the prefix, as well as the number to start counting from (the Number field).
