Time Worked creation for past Weeks

I can not figure out how to add time to a timecard for a day in the past? Not everyone remembers to log all of their time on the day they do the work. How do you let people go back to enter their time for a past week?

I don't see how to do it without modifying their core table structure and scripts around time_worked. I have tried adding a field for "Date Time worked" and then adjusted the BR "Update Time Card" to the new field instead of sys_created_on, but it is still not working. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm looking at the time cards on the demo site. When creating a new card, you can pick whatever week you want, including weeks in the past, for the card. And you can open old time cards if you need to edit them.

Has yours been locked down for some reason?

I am able to create past time cards, but the problem is when I create Time Worked to associate with that Time Card. The Time Worked entry gets associated to the Time Card based on the Created date. So even if I create a Time Card for last week, then a Time Worked entry today, I can't get the entry from today to associate with last week.

What table is the "Time Worked" on? I don't see that on the demo site, and we don't use timecards on our instance. Is it something custom?

The table is OOB and in the demo site. You would need to add the Related List on various task forms to create the Time Worked for the task directly or you can add the Related List on the Time Cards form.
