Hi @soumyadip28
Look like you have given your work to the community, here are high-level points:
- When multiple Impacted Services/CIs are present, change tasks should be created automatically in the same way as the affected CI C-Task.
Atul: OOTB, either there is 1 ci or zero in impacted Services, the task will be created by flow automatically. So if you want to create a Ctask for each Imapcted Services/ CI, that is not a good way or use case. What you will do with so many tasks?
- The respective C-Tasks should contain details like planned start date, planned end date, and description and be assigned based on the Impacted Services/CI type.
Atul: As per the above case, need to create the BR or change the flow to set the value in the task. Which assigned to you refer here? Is change assigned to? Does it mean one user has so many tasks?
- The assigned should be the group member from the Impacted Services/CI’s type.
Atul: which group, support group/ approval group? You need to not walk for this and change the logic in the flow.
- Automatic email notification must be sent to the assigned person for the C-Task.
Atul: This is OOTB, please check else create a simple notification can be created.
- When the planned end date is near (maybe 7 days before the end date) and the state is not closed, a reminder notification must be sent to the assigned person.
Atul: If the change itself is for 2 days then how this notification will be helpful? Revise this requirement, please.
- When the planned end date is over, an email should be sent to the manager of the assigned person.
Atul: Where you are stuck, it is very basic and easily doable. You can use event or flow.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
