To create new field, field type should be "HTML Script"

Hello!, 

I have a requirement of creating new field, field type should be "HTML Script". HTML Script field will be using in while configuring "e-Mail Notifications" similar type of field I have to create on custom table. While creating a new field "HTML Script" is not populating. Please let me know how to create a new "HTML Script" type of field.

I got a reply from HI team related to this, "HTML Script" type field cannot be created ourselves only HI Team will have access to create.
