Transfer to Live Agent - Maximum Wait time - waiting end user messages

Hi we currently have maximum wait time set to 2 minutes 30 but we don't really want this to time out so quickly and as such we are thinking of changing this setting to a longer period.

Is it possible for the end user to receive messages every 90 seconds or so saying something like "all agents are currently busy but you are being held in a queue, we haven't forgot about you and we answer your call as soon as an agent becomes available"?
