Hello All,
I am trying to import a data via excel using transform map. while inserting i m getting a error stating - rejected by reference field and error code is 100. But i can see the data value which i am trying to import is already present in the reference table. What might be the issue, any sort of help will be much appreciated?
Thanks,
Alad.

Hi Anto,
Check if the update to the reference field is being blocked by a business rule and also check the datatype of the value that is getting imported as it should map the reference field

Thanks Venkat for your reply, if i try to update it manually in target table its working fine, there no BR blocking it and the field is mapped correctly to the target table field.

Hi Anto,
Thanks for confirming that that is not the issue. Are you coalescing on this reference field? Could you either share a screenshot or provide more details of your transform map esp. the field being referenced and the coalesce field. We would also have to check if the columns names (not the values) are mapped correctly to what is present in the source and target of the transform maps.

No Venkat, that reference field is not the Coalesced, but we do have another field in transform map coalesced. Also if i change the Choice action of that reference field from reject to insert, then its working. i hope the reference field still identifies as a new data value, even though its already present in the reference table. Any Solution?
Thanks
Anto.
