Hi All,
Does anyone know what triggers the parent Change state to change once the Change Task have been marked as complete? I would like to make this a manual process i.e. if the Change Task is marked as complete it should not automatically change the state on the Parent Change to the next state.
Thanks
Chris

I found the solution! I think i was just looking for something more complicated than it actually was! The next activity in the workflow after creating the Change Tasks is to set the state to Review. Simply removing this activity then makes it a manual change

Hello Chris,
It was triggering from the OOB work flow.
Please check and change it as per your requirement.

Thanks Karthik, Do you know which workflow updates the Change when the Change Task state changes?
Thanks,
Chris

Hi Karthik,
This workflow appears only to create the the change tasks but doesn't control the change state once the task are completed.
Thanks,
Chris
