Translation Request Approvals

I am working on setting up the localization process for translating catalog items, knowledge, and the service portal. The desired flow would be as such: Request Translation -> Automatic Translation -> Translation Review/Edits -> Publish. I've configured this in the localization settings. I have a Localization fulfiller group and Translation approver group assigned.

I have 2 questions:

  1. When I click "Request Translation" on a catalog item, for example, it automatically generates 2 tickets. An LRITM and an LFTASK. The LFTASK is assigned to the translation assignment group, but it automatically assigns the ticket to the manager of that assignment group. I don't see a specific BR or UI Policy that makes that happen. I looked at the "Request Translation" UI Action and I don't see anything in there that indicates it is creating the LRITM/LFTASK.
    1. So, my question here is, what is creating the tickets and how is the assignment group/assigned to being defined?
  2. When the translation happens and it goes to approval, we want the approver (Translation Reviewer/Editor Assignment Group) to make any edits needed. Once the edits are made, if needed, they can simply approve and it auto publishes. The issue is, there are 2 options available to the reviewers. Approve and Request Changes.

    2. Question here is, how do I get rid of that "Request Changes" button? The reviewer will be making any changes and then approving. We don't want the reviewers thinking they need to request changes that they want made.
