Hi @Jayaprakash F P

This is very common issue that once you open PDI , it redirect to another PDI. and there is ongoing issue there , so possibly after 1st Feb things we will be in good condition.

There is NO support available for PDI.

Hi @Jayaprakash F P

Sorry, what do you mean by Getting New Instance? and where you activated this plugin?

Are you trying in PDI?

Provide some screenshot.

After Installing Domain Separation Plugin, When I click on start building, I am getting dev150241.service-now.com PDI, Again I should open dev211964 instance to see domain separation. whenever I install Plugin It is not getting install for current PDI

Hi there,

What you are describing has nothing to do with the plugin installation. This is something with the PDI / Developer Site recently. A lot of people have been reporting this.

What we/you can do on this? Nothing.

Personally I don't think this has to do with the current data centre topic, though I don't know that for certain since I'm just a regular community member.

Kind regards,
