I'm struggling to understand how the availability % calculations work.
I have set up quite a number of service offerings with availability commitments and schedules.
I have 2 service offerings using the same schedule. One seems to calculate the availability % correctly. One does not.
In the one that does not, the total availability % is correct, but the commitment availability % is incorrect.
See the attached screenshot for the one that isn't correct.
I could use some help understanding this and whether I'm setting things up correctly.
Thanks,
Rick Bell

That record looks clearly wrong, including the amount of downtime reported for the interval (it's missing a minute). I recommend opening an Incident with Customer Support. There may be a known Problem with a fix in a more recent Aspen patch.

Hi - Did you ever find out an answer to this issue we are having the same problem. We used OOB and i set up 12 CI's with the class of Service Offerings. When we have outages on them there are 4 that aren't calculating right. For my Last 7 days is off on those but when you go into them they show 100% up with no Downtime but the downtime it's calculating is 87% or something like that. I opened an incident with SN but i haven't heard anything yet
I couldn't see your screenshot its a Zipfile for me that shows what looks like folders..

All of our service commitments, and we have dozens, seem to be working correctly except one.
I opened an incident for that one. Waiting to hear back.

Hi,
did you ever get a resolution to this issue? We are having similar intermittent issues and have raised a ticket but SN are struggling to replicate the issue. Just wondered if your experience could shed any light on our problem.
Thanks
