UI action overriding does not work if OOTB UI action with empty Action name

ctomasi The requirement is to override 'Post News' UI action on Problem table for its extended table. But it does not work(by steps provided in docs link below)since 'Post News' has empty Action name. And we are not allowed to touch OOTB UI action to achieve this. Is this a bug or is there any other way?

The only way UI action overrides work is when the action name field is populated. If someone in SN development did not follow best practices, I would file an incident with customer support against it.



The only other way is to update the OOB script with an action name and/or modify the script in it.
