I have a requirement,
1. If an incident has been put on hold pending user info (the field called Incident Status is in "Pending User Info"), then in this scenario if the user mentioned in the "Caller" field updates "Work Notes" or "Additional Comments (Client Visible) add actions taken/client next steps" (which are displayed in the Activity stream of that incident), the system will display a popup message after the user has completed populating the comments and clicks on the Post button, or the Save button, or the Update button. The verbiage of this message will be "Can work resume on this incident based on the comment you are currently posting?". There will be Yes and No buttons on the message. If the user clicks on the Yes button, then the system will change the status of that incident (in the Incident Status field) to Work in Progress. If the user clicks on the No button, then the status of that incident will remain in Pending User Info and there will be no other change made.
How can we achieve this.
please provide the entire onchange script and HTML if needed.
