UI Configuration for the Service Operation Workspace

Good day to all,

        I am hoping that I can get some help with a configuration of the SOW that I am trying to do. I have attached 2 images to this post in hopes that I could get some assistance with this. Here is what I want to do. One of the images that I have attached to this post is an image of the number 0, what I would like to do is get this image to show as a selection in the dropdown menu that is in the second image. I have found the table that I need to place the first image on, but I'm not sure where to go in the UI to get that image to show in the drop down menu in the second image. Any help would be greatly apricated. Thank you to all who look at this post.

I agree with @Mark Manders 

You are trying to add 0 in the dropdown list, which is not a possible value.

Thank you for discussing my question gentlemen, I to have got that far as well Mark, I do not know how to get the image into the list.
