UI Policy not working when moved from DEV to TEST

Hi,

I've created a UI Policy on a catalog item however when i've moved the update set from Dev to Test the UI policy has been created (looks identical) but isn't working.

I've created a new update set in Dev - updated the Active / De Active / Active flag to see if that would work it when i moved it to Test but it's still not working.

Any suggestions / ideas please.

Don't see anything odd immediately. I assume that the UI Policy Action also looks exactly the same between dev and test?

Yes, that's what's really strange  - maybe i'll have to create a new update set, delete the UI and then re create - see if that fixes it.  It's on a record producer rather than a standard catalog item as it's the incident screen via the portal - would that cause any issues? - thanks again for your help

Hi,

Create new update set and try to deactivate the existing one or delete it

Create a fresh one in your new update set and then migrate it
